Happy 4th!

Today we got a visit from Bridgette! She and her brother, Brandon were in town for the weekend, so they met us at church this morning and then went to lunch with us. Here she is loving on Ryder & Paisley (who look like they could totally be her kids by the way!)


We didn't get a long visit, but it's always so good to see this sweet friend!

Tonight Phillip & Kristin came over for dinner. We grilled and Ryder & I made a very patriotic dessert! :) He helped make the cake and loved decorating (and eating) it!!!



We didn't venture out to see fireworks tonight since it had been a pretty long day, but we went outside and Ryder got excited when we heard the nearby fireworks, so we came in and watching the ending of the ones on tv before an already late bedtime!
